Attorney Scott Diamond Re-certified by National Board of Trial Advocacy

The National Board of Trial Advocacy (NBTA) is a nationwide organization of highly skilled and dedicated legal professionals. In order to gain membership to the organization, an attorney must show expertise and critical understanding of the law for their selected areas of practice. The objective of the NBTA is creating and maintaining a high level of standards for lawyers to follow, making it simple for people in search of legal assistance to identify a trustworthy attorney. Due to the strict requirements to be certified by the NBTA, only an estimated 3% of all practicing lawyers in the country are board certified.

Our law firm of Sacks Weston Diamond LLC, the trusted name in Pennsylvania complex litigation and subrogation attorneys, is proud to announce that Attorney Scott E. Diamond was recently recertified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He is nationally certified as both a Civil Trial Advocate and a Civil Pretrial Advocate. In order to be recertified, Attorney Diamond had to once again prove his knowledge and abilities through rigorous testing. Recertification with the NBTA is uncommon. If only 3% of lawyers are board certified, then an unknown but assumedly much smaller percentage are recertified experts.

We would like to take this time to congratulate Attorney Diamond on this incredible achievement. He has long been known as a leading legal professional in Pennsylvania and beyond. Due to his efforts and skills, he has been able to earn numerous other professional recognitions and awards, such as an AV Preeminent® Rating by Martindale-Hubbell® and inclusion to American Lawyer Media’s list of Top Rated Lawyers. He has also played an integral or leading role in securing more than $200 million in recoveries for our clients throughout the years.
