Michael Gersie, Esq.
Director of the Housing and Urban Development Litigation Department
Michael W. Gersie is an associate with Sacks Weston Diamond, LLC. His practice
focuses on subrogation, personal injury and class action law. Mr. Gersie
has worked extensively in matters involving property subrogation and has
successfully litigated claims throughout his career.
In addition to his subrogation work, Mr. Gersie is also the Director of
the Housing and Urban Development Litigation Department at Sacks Weston Diamond.
A native of the South Jersey area, Mr. Gersie graduated from Rutgers University,
earning his B.A. with distinction in Political Science and Economics.

in multiple classes.
Mr. Gersie is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania state courts, the United
States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the
