Jesse M. Cohen is a civil litigation attorney based out of Philadelphia,
Pennsylvania. Mr. Cohen focuses his practice on
workers' compensation subrogation, and serious
personal injury matters. Mr. Cohen has significant experience litigating serious injury
and property damage cases throughout the United States.
Mr. Cohen has served as an adjunct professor at the DeVry University Keller
Graduate School of Management in Philadelphia. Mr. Cohen is also a member
of the National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP) and has
had the privileged of speaking at many NASP events on topics such as evidence
practice and procedure, workers’ compensation subrogation claims,
and the use of technology in a subrogation practice. Mr. Cohen has also
served as a track leader in the Workers’ Compensation track at the
NASP annual conference.
Mr. Cohen is a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, one
of the most prestigious groups of trial lawyers in the United States,
whose membership is limited to attorneys who have attained million dollar
verdicts and settlements.
Mr. Cohen is active in the Philadelphia political and non-profit communities,
and was recently appointed to the board of directors of The Primavera
Fund, which provides resources for young musicians in the Philadelphia area.
Mr. Cohen attained his Bachelor's degree in Psychology,
cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh in 2001. He then went on to attend
Widener University School of Law, where he served as a vice president
of the Moot Court Honor Society, graduating in 2004. Mr. Cohen is licensed
to practice law in all State and Federal Courts in Pennsylvania and New
Jersey, and is routinely specially admitted in courts around the country.
